The bond referendum at the Inver Grove School District was the result of a community committee's recommendation to demolish the oldest parts of the middle school, construct a new middle school, discontinue the use of one of the district's four elementary school as well as adding to one elementary. This option was deemed the best for the district due to a modest enrollment decline and significant aging of some of their facilities. The budget for the projects totaled $33 million. As a result of our careful monitoring of the materials used, structural and mechanical systems selected, and size of new construction, all projects were completed on time and $900,000 under budget.
